Muse just launched in Singapore: what's live, what's local, and what it costs

Four days after Japan, Muse opened in Singapore on October 27, 2026, in English, on iOS, Android and muse.ai, with a free tier and eight named local partners. Only one partner is confirmed live so far. The SGD prices circulating now rest on a single source.

Last checked against the live product: October 28, 2026.

International launches, promise ledger

A standing box for the country launches, updated when a promise below moves:

  • Japan: launched October 23, 2026. Money Forward ME live per its vendor on October 26. Mercari and Ticket Pia still waiting.
  • Singapore: launched October 27, 2026. Agoda live per partner press. The other seven named partners are still progressive, in the wording local coverage used. SGD pricing is single source so far.
  • Next update to this box: when a second Singapore partner goes live, when Meta or an in app screen confirms SGD pricing, or when a Singapore app store chart position appears. Whichever comes first.

The short version

Muse is live in Singapore as of October 27, 2026. It is the fourth market overall, after the United States, Canada and Japan, and the second launch outside North America in four days. The launch language is English. Meta says AI glasses support is coming soon, not live on day one.

The free tier is confirmed by Meta itself. The paid prices in Singapore dollars are not. One site, finance.biggo.com, reports S$22 to S$139 a month, with the free tier under a weekly usage cap. No Meta Singapore help page and no in app sighting checked on October 28 confirmed those endpoints, and nothing checked tied the low end to Power or the high end to Maximum by name. This page prints the range with that label attached and does not convert it into the US tiers.

Of the eight partners Meta named, Agoda is the only one with a live claim behind it, and that claim comes from partner press, not from Meta. The other seven are named. Named is not live.

What Meta actually announced

Meta published the announcement on October 27, 2026, under the title Muse Is Now Available in Singapore. The platforms in the announcement are iOS, Android and muse.ai, with AI glasses listed as coming soon. The free tier is in the announcement. The eight partners named are Shopee, Grab, Singapore Airlines, Agoda, ShopBack, Klook, Trip.com and Lazada.

That list covers the shape of daily life Meta wants in Singapore: shopping on Shopee and Lazada, rides and food on Grab, flights on Singapore Airlines, travel bookings on Agoda, Klook and Trip.com, and cashback on ShopBack. Read the list for what it is. It is a statement of intent about local usefulness, with dates attached to none of the eight.

Singapore readers also start from a different place than Japanese readers did last week. The Japan launch needed a full translated edition of our post. Singapore launched in English, so the questions here are narrower and more practical: can you get it, what does the upgrade screen charge, and which partner, if any, is already in your connector list.

Which partners are live, and which are only named

Agoda first. LatestLY and The Manila Times reported on October 27 and 28 that Agoda is the first travel platform regionally to connect with Muse. PR Newswire and Yahoo Finance carried Agoda coverage dated October 28 in the sweeps this site ran that morning. On that evidence, Agoda moves from named to live per partner press. I have no Meta statement saying the same thing in those words, and no in app sighting of my own from a Singapore account to add to it.

The other seven stay where The Straits Times put them. Local coverage said Singapore users will be able to progressively connect to the named local partners. Progressive is the honest word for the whole list. It means some connections arrive later, in an order Meta has not published, on dates Meta has not given.

That distinction matters because two of the named partners, Klook and Trip.com, already appeared as working global connectors in the Japan launch coverage. A global connector working in Japan does not prove the Singapore version is live, in a Singapore account, this week. This page does not carry a liveness claim across a border.

Field note

The Japan launch had the same gap, and it took three days to narrow. Meta named Mercari, Money Forward ME and Ticket Pia on October 23. Money Forward ME was the first to report itself live, on October 26, in its own vendor announcement. The other two were still waiting when this post was checked. If Singapore follows that pattern, the next fact to arrive will not be a Meta press release. It will be one partner saying, in public, that its connection is on.

What it costs in Singapore

Free, to start. Meta confirms that much.

For paid tiers, the only SGD figures in the sources checked on October 27 and 28 are the Biggo figures: S$22 to S$139 a month, reported by finance.biggo.com, with a free tier under a weekly cap. One source is one source. It can be right and still be the only place the numbers exist.

So this site will not present S$22 as the price of Power or S$139 as the price of Maximum. Not until a Meta help page for Singapore, or a screenshot from a Singapore upgrade screen, confirms the endpoints. The shape of the range will make most readers guess exactly that mapping. A guess is still a guess.

For context only, the US prices have not moved. The guides checked this week still list free, $20 a month for Power and $100 a month for Maximum. That is context about the product in its home market. It is not a Singapore price list, and exchanging dollars at today's rate does not turn it into one.

Caution

If you are in Singapore and your upgrade screen shows a price, that screen outranks every paragraph above, including this one. Read the tier name, the amount in SGD, and the billing period on the screen in front of you before you tap anything. Then, if you are willing, tell us what it showed. That is the sighting this story is missing.

What is still missing

Four things were still missing when this post was checked on October 28, and a straight list is better than dressing any of them up.

First, SGD confirmation beyond Biggo. No second outlet, no Meta help page, no in app report.

Second, a Singapore app store chart position. Japan produced early chart chatter. Singapore, in the sweeps through the morning of October 28, produced none that this site could verify. No position is reported here for that reason.

Third, invite code mechanics in Singapore. Invite codes were a large part of the Japan launch story, and they are a large part of how Muse spread in the United States and Canada. I found no confirmed report that the same code system, the same token amount, or the same redemption window applies in Singapore. This page does not borrow Japan's code details and apply them to Singapore.

Fourth, a second live partner. One is confirmed live per partner press. Seven are not.

How the launch landed

AsiaOne covered the rollout on October 28 under a frame worth noticing: the Singapore arrival set amid global safety and retail pushback. That is framing from one outlet, not a launch fact, and I am reporting it as framing. Muse has been refused or restricted by some retailers in its home market, and its safety record is argued about in coverage that has nothing to do with Singapore. A Singapore reader meeting Muse this week is meeting that argument at the same time as the app.

On r/MetaAI, the first community reaction this site found made a simpler point: two international launches in one week. That pace is the fact underneath both posts. Muse spent its first weeks in two countries. It added two more in four days. The partner connections, the local prices, and the app store evidence are all arriving slower than the country announcements. That gap, not the launch headline, is what a new user actually lives in.

If you are in Singapore, what to do first

Set up on iOS, Android or muse.ai and finish the basic setup before you connect anything.

Check your connector list before you believe any partner list, including the one in this post. If Agoda is there, that matches the partner press. If another named partner is there, you have a fact this post does not.

That is this week's Launch Check, the standing reader report on a new market: your app store sighting, your upgrade screen price in SGD with its tier name, and any partner in your connector list beyond Agoda. Put yours in the comments. The first confirmed answer to any of the three changes the ledger box at the top of this page, and tomorrow's post will say what came in.

Connect one low risk service first and hand Muse one job with a clear finish line. Watch the approval prompts. Read the activity history afterward.

Leave the paid decision for later in the week. The free tier is confirmed. The paid prices, in SGD, are the least settled fact in this story. A week of real use will tell you more about whether you need an upgrade than a launch day price table from a single source could.

Quick answers

Is Muse available in Singapore now?

Yes. Meta announced it on October 27, 2026, on iOS, Android and muse.ai, with AI glasses listed as coming soon. Singapore is the fourth market overall, after the United States, Canada and Japan.

Is Muse free in Singapore?

Yes, there is a free tier, confirmed in Meta's own announcement. One source, finance.biggo.com, reports the free tier sits under a weekly usage cap. Meta has not published a Singapore allowance figure in the sources checked on October 28.

How much do Power and Maximum cost in Singapore?

Not confirmed. Finance.biggo.com reports S$22 to S$139 a month for Singapore subscriptions. No Meta Singapore help page or in app sighting checked on October 28 confirmed those figures or tied them to tier names. The US prices, for context only, are $20 a month for Power and $100 a month for Maximum.

Which Singapore partners can I connect today?

Agoda is confirmed live per partner press reported by LatestLY and The Manila Times on October 27 and 28. The other seven named partners, Shopee, Grab, Singapore Airlines, ShopBack, Klook, Trip.com and Lazada, are described in local coverage as connecting progressively. Check your own connector list for the current state.

Do invite codes work in Singapore?

Unconfirmed. No source checked on October 28 confirmed the code system, amounts, or window for Singapore, and this page does not apply Japan's code details to Singapore.

Is Muse on AI glasses in Singapore?

Not yet, per Meta's announcement. Glasses were listed as coming soon.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Why did Singapore get Muse four days after Japan?

A: Meta has not said, in the sources checked for this post. The visible pattern is pace: two countries in the first weeks, then two more in four days. Any reason beyond that would be a guess, and this page leaves it out.

Q: Is the Singapore version reduced in any way?

A: The core platforms in the announcement are the same three as elsewhere: iOS, Android and muse.ai. What is reduced on day one is local connection, not the app itself: one partner confirmed live per partner press, seven still progressive, and glasses support still to come.

Q: I already use Muse from another country. Does Singapore change anything for me?

A: Nothing in the announcement says so. Region switching, billing currency changes, and what happens to an existing subscription when a new market opens were not addressed in the sources checked on October 28.

Q: Where does Singapore leave the country list?

A: Four markets: the United States, Canada, Japan and Singapore. Our country availability guide will be updated to add Singapore as the fourth market. No fifth market was announced in the sources checked on October 28.

Q: What should Singapore readers report back?

A: Three things, and they are the three missing facts in this post: does Muse show up in your app store yet, what price does your upgrade screen show in SGD and for which tier, and which local partner, if any, appears in your connector list. Answers to any of the three will change this page.
